The goal of the Rockmart Cultural Arts Center is to further opportunities in the appreciation, participation, presentation and performance of the various arts, to promote understanding and education in the arts, and to provide service and support to the community.
The community often participates in projects sponsored by the Rockmart Cultural Arts Center such as the 125th Anniversary Mural .
Funding for Rockmart Cultural Arts Center is provided in part by the City of Rockmart as the Art Department, patrons, and corporate sponsors.

This facility houses the Art Gallery, Rockmart Community Chorus, various Art Classes, and office of the Art Director.
Rockmart Community Chorus
Rockmart Community Chorus performs several times during the year. Members are volunteers from within the community. To join, contact Director Debbie Miller at 404-219-9572.
The Arts Center Theatre Theatre performances include Community and Children's Theatre productions along with the Rockmart High School Thespians and their productions. Outside shows are also held here.
Visual Arts Gallery
The Art Gallery, located in the Cultural Arts Center located in the City of Rockmart Government Complex, features shows that are rotated on a regular basis to feature local artists and work from outside sources.
Youth activities include Art and Theatre Camps and the Annual Youth Art Exhibit.
RCAC Rockmart Writers' Round
Local and Area singers, songwriters, and musicians are encouraged to join this fun new Literary Arts Group of songwriters and performers to put together great shows in one of the best sounding rooms in North Georgia.
