Railroad Crossing Closures – Beginning March 16th
Norfolk Southern will begin scheduled maintenance work on multiple railroad crossings in the City of Rockmart with a tentative start date of March 16th.
Each crossing will be closed for approximately 24–48 hours while crews complete improvements.
If the crossing is a state route, every effort will be made to reopen it within 24 hours.
Please:
• Plan alternate routes
• Allow additional travel time
• Use caution near work zones
